Hello My Pretties,
With the winter cracking down on the Southern States, what better way to wed ones beloved than with a Destination Wedding in FNQ.
Stacey, her beautiful family and close friends did exactly that this week ~ escaping the Melbourne winter for a sunshine filled wedding on the beach at the Sheraton Mirage Resort in Port Douglas.
Stewart and I arrived to greet the ladies in their lovely, relaxed atmosphere. As we prepared the ladies with their makeup the flowers and champagne arrived, adding to the excitement that was building in the room.
Sam and Jess, Stacey’s bridesmaids, wore gorgeous full length teal coloured gowns and they requested a “pop” of teal in their eye makeup.
Tina, the Mother of the Bride wore a tea length blue gown and requested a smoky eye with a blue accent to compliment her dress.
Stacey, our lovely Bride wore a magnificent strapless white gown with a sweetheart neckline, embellished with crystals and an asymmetrical skirt, complimented by her very elegant, jewelled foot ornaments as Stacey wore bare feet to wed her beloved on the beach.
Stacey’s makeup was to be created with shell colours and highlights of pearl with thin eyeliner and luscious eyelashes. Subtlety was the key to Stacey’s overall look with a soft peach blush on the apples of her cheeks and a pretty opaque pink gloss adorning her lips.
It was a beautiful day for a Wedding and the Ladies all looked splendid. A big shout out with hugs to Tina for sending me these gorgeous photos ~ so much fun!
Congratulations Stacey and Peter on your magical union and I wish you a lifetime of everlasting love.
Until next time my pretties, wishing you a beautiful week!
