Hello My Pretties!

With Formal Season well in full swing I thought I’d share with you one of the beautiful looks I created recently on the very lovely Prue.

I just love ball makeup ~ it’s one of the very few occasions in the year when a girl can go all out and get fully glammed up from top to toe and Prue’s ensemble was no exception.  Pure was to be adorned in a full length teal blue gown of chiffon and satin with the bodice embellished with silver rhinestones, a wonderful colour choice to compliment her warm complexion and Autumn colour tones.

Not Finished Yet But Already So Glamorous

To compliment Prue’s ball gown, we chose a look I would call semi smokey ~ By that I mean the inner corners of Prue’s eyes were bright, light and crisp with light blue blending to teal then dark blue, with a smokey edge to accentuate and contour her beautiful eyes.

If there is any occasion when it’s appropriate to wear glitter, it has to be a high school formal.  Prue definitely wanted glitter and I agreed that it was not only right but almost a necessity for such a glamorous, youthful occasion.

Products used included Shimma Shimma and Urban Decay Eye Shadows, W7 “Paint the Line” Eyeliner, MAC Eyelashes, Avon Mascara and Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar in “Role Play” and “Hush”

I do so love being the Fairy God Mother to my beautiful, young clients as they prepare for their exciting night at the ball!

Until next time my Pretties, wishing You a beautiful week
